I upgraded my phone and first month my bill doubled and MTN advised it's Opera Interactive.
I have never heard of them nor subscribed to them, I have been trying for 2 days to get hold of them but just rings so how do I unsubscribe or query this.
This is unethical and surely we should be aware or have authorised such a subscription and debit off my account and why is MTN allowing it!!
I want a refund, proof of my authorisation and to be unsubscribed before I can debited again this month.
