Expectation not met

I applied for a new contract on Fri 10 May 13 and was told that my cell and tablet will be ready with 3 - 5 working days. Now I am told that it might take up to 2 weeks before I receive both.

A colleague applied for an upgrade on Tues 14 May 13 and he collected his cell today, 16 May 13. Surely this does not seem right.

The reason for the delay? Upgrades are quicker than " new lines".

I really cannot wait 2 weeks. If MTN does not want my business then please say so. I will go and apply for a cellphone through another service provider; Vodacom, Cell C, Virgin or even Telkom Mobile.
