Still don't know if my account has been cancelled and if I will get my money back. Very poor customer service, wont consider or recommend Cell C. Never spoke to or heard from Blanche but I was told she would sort out my initial Hello Peter complaint... they called to say they will cancel it and that was it. I want my money back and I want confirmation that it is cancelled.
