On the 26 of august i applied for a 2 cell phone upgrades.. An i was told by cellc that the phones would be delivered within 3-7 working days, an it has been over a week now an still no delivery on my new phones. Cellc hasent contacted me to say what the delay is. I am very disappointed in their service. feel like cancelling my contracts an reporting a very bad service rendered from their part. Why tell a customer when the item will be delivered an then make the customer wait longer than what was told.
