Why must customer wait

Hi I applied for a contract wit cell and it was succsessfull after many conversations to ind that the tablet I applied for is no longer stocked I was offered another tablet which I accepted and was told that they will try ad express deliver as ive been waiting 10 days already only to find out this morning they are again waiting on stock and cant tell me when ill receive my phone it can take up to 10 days once again how is that fair to make someone wait while you offer them something only after the first 10 days expired and now they must again wait because theres no stock HOW LONG AM I GOING TO WAIT FOR MY PHONE
