Disgusting Customer Service

The Vodacom store has on multiple occasions provided terrible service. I went there last year to get a SIM for my iPad, instead of being sold a micro-SIM, I was sold a cut SIM.When I took this to the iStore they told me that had a put this into my iPad I would have damaged it beyond repair. When I went back to the Vodacom store I had to argue with the guy there for him to sell me a micro SIM.I do not appreciate being sold incorrect merchandise when the cost of things going wrong is so high.
Yesterday I went to the store to get forms, Collince told me he was busy but another guy would be with us shortly. After 10 min waiting I asked where the guy was and Collince told me he had gone out! We had been waiting someone who wasnt even there!
I went there today to get forms to transfer my contract into my name. I know that this requires 2forms. Collince (the store manager) handed me 1.When I asked for the second one he told me thereisnt one. After arguing with him he went to print it out. I then started complaining to him about the customer service his store has provided. At this point the phone rang, he answered it and turned away from me in the middle of my customer service complaint! Disgusting
