Without a doubt the worst Customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I go into that store, there are people complaining. I have a contract which originated at the store, so need to go there if I want to add on or upgrade. I wanted to iPhones 5c for my daughters in green and blue. Since December I have been there 8 times, and they never have stock. When I want to order the phones I am told they can't do that either??? Today I walked and and the same story. So I went to the iStore who know what customer service is. They sorted me out. But at the same time told me my current contract was discontinued. Strange, I was using that same phone. Returning to the stupid Cell C store, they wouldn't sort it out, but said I had to phone customer service. Guess what, eventually the iStore sorted it out. Then I needed to change the one normal sim to a micro sim for the iPhone. 3rd time back to this Cell C store - THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK of micro SIMMS. How does this happen? Bad bad bad service!
