Terrible Vodacom Service

I upgraded my contract in-store for the new Samsung Galaxy S4 and was told by the salesperson "Heinrich" that they did not have stock but would reserve a device for me to pick up at a later date (was told a week) and that we should continue with the upgrade anyway. I agreed. The store manager "Elaine" contacted me 3 weeks later and confirmed that my phone had finally arrived and that I could come through to collect the phone. I arranged with her to pick up the phone on Friday 24th May BUT upon my arrival to the store on the evening of the 24th I was told that they were out of stock, neither the store manager or sales person were there!!! My husband even checked a second time to make sure that my upgrade phone was sold which he then verified that same evening. I contacted the store manager "Elaine" the following Monday only to be told that the phone had in fact been reserved with my name wrapped around it (I wonder who's lying). She subsequently sold my phone to another customer became very irritated with me and to date does take any of my calls!!! Vodacom obviously proved that they are useless and do not know or understand what service is. What a pathetic bunch they really are...
