Poor service Cell C

Good day i will like someone help me i made a payment into Cellc Nedbank account on the 22 May 2013 for my 3 contracts which payment was only due on 1 June 2013 and contacted cellc customer care told them i made a payment and to cancel my debit order for 1st June 2013 as im in process of changing my accounts i faxed proof of the 3 payments via cellc davenport center durban but the payments was not allocated and customer care cannot help or the bank i only have proof of 1 and copy of proof the faxed was sent through, how many pages and the result can someone help or contact me please
My accounts are always in credit and now reflecting overdue which is not my fault and someone from cellc called said they going to cut my services i use my cell for work purposes and if thats the case whats the use having a contract paid to date buy cannot use it cause someone at cellc never do they job
