Contract # 0840383845
This contract was initially cancelled on 01 November 2012. To my surprise, in January 2013 I was still being charged. On 31 January 2013 another request was made to cancel this contract. What is eking me is that on Tuesday (11/06/2013) a lady from Cellc called enquiring when I am gonna settle my last outstanding bill of approximately R277. I believe that I have settled all my bills with Cellc. When I enquired which month I was being billed for, the lady did not have that information. She said, I should know, the only thing she can help with is to transfer this account to their recovery department. What rudeness? Customer service, anybody there?
