I logged a complaint on the 4th of may, today, the 16th fo May it is still not resolved. I have supplied all the information that I was requested to supply. Followed up twice, and here, today I am still not aware of what is going on with my account with your orginazation.
I want closre on this, confirmation that account is not in arrears are you claimed, and confirmation that it is cancelled. Your customer service is pathetic and none existent.
I want nothing to do with Cell C, and I refuse to pay any other cent to you company. FOR WHAT SERVICE? YOU HAVE FAILED DISMALLY, SINCE MARCH, WE ARE HEADING TOWARDS THE END MAY. LETS JUST CALL IT QUITS, CANCEL MY ACCOUNT, AND WE ALL MOVE ON.
