I opened 2 contracts with mtn in Martch 2013. I took the iPad mini and the iPhone 5. It was my first time opening a contract and I made sure that I get the right info from my boyfriend befor I went to mtn.
I went to mtn in randpark ridge and a guy helped me with the paperwork and everything. I asked him for top up on both the devices. He said that is what he did and I would receive my data and airtime on the devices every 14th of the month.
I called mtn and this morning asking them where my data on my iPad was and the lady said that the iPad is on a open line?? Witch I didn't even know of because I said to the guy I wanted top up on both and he said he done it on top up! Now I have a iPad that I can't use because the line is suspended? I work in customer service and what you say to a customer and what you do should be the same, not different!!
I'm really upset and I want mtn to phone me so that I can talk to them about this and I don't want the iPad anymore!!
