I am due for a upgrade, supplied Nashua Mobile with upgrade papers ahead of schedule. The phone I ordered was not yet available so I was put onto the pre-order list.
After several excuses I still do not have the phone and its weeks after submitting the upgrade forms. I called Nashua several times, when i finally got through I was told no I've been placed on the back order list! This is absolutely ridiculous as I was told, no they have my phone, then no they don't have that colour can I take another colour! Then they no longer have the phone I need to be put on back order!!! how much longer should I wait before cancelling my subscription all together!
