I placed an order for an Ipad Mini on 11-05-2013. Momentum states on their website that the Ipad mini will be delivered within 8-10 days. I called them on 15-05-2013 and Emailed them on 22-05-2013. I called them again on Friday 24-05-2013 and was told that they have no idea where the Ipad is and that it's probably with the supllier.
I find that your business process is inefficient and you have no oversight whatsoever. At this point in time I do not want the IPAD mini anymore. I want a refund due to your pathetic service!
