Bad service from fn

We ordered an iPad an have been waiting for Ages we constantly call and are advised there is no stock!!! so we called saying we will change devices... and we are told to reapply!!! I really expected more I am so dissapointed! How can u offer items when u have no stock and have no idea when u will n getting more stock! We decided we want an iPad air instead of an iPad 4 and it should b an easier process and fnb should want to help considering how long we have waited!!!
