I'm very disappointed and angry with the service that I have been getting from Mtn recently. I have been with Mtn for the passed 4-5 years and the service I'm getting now is pathetic. I was due for an upgrade last year and i decided to continue with you guys by upgrading to a blackberry 9800 smartphone. I never had a problem with the service of the package I took. Since I took a smartphone I never had a problem with browsing, downloading and have accesses to bbm and ect. And now recently I have been blocked from downloading from my phone. Even though I'm using my own airtime. I never signed up for this kind of service. According to my understanding the terms must not be changed from the one I had before. You can't change my terms to the new one that you decided to create after seeing that you loosing. That is not my problem that loosing cause at the end of the day I'm paying money that have worked hard for. I'm not happy with this service at all. I'm not going to pay for something that I'm not happy with. So if this is not changed back to the old terms, I'm going to stop the debit orders and bring the phone back to you as I'm not getting the service I signed up for.
