I am really Disappointed with a big D. I took 3 Contracts with Cell C after I left MTN. This contracts were taken Early 2012, and I had signed down for 24 Month Contracts. To my surprise, I am unable to use the Social Network, because Cell C consultants tell me that, Cell C has the right to Amened the Contracts it is on the Terms and Conditions. My Terms and Conditions are that its 24 Months, I never signed down for any 1G. A Debit Order goes off, it doesn't have the Terms and Condition. Cell C better be straight up with me, and tell me they are making money with me. Those 1G staff came only recent in August. This is a Breach of Contracts. I pay R187 for my son's Contract. My own Contract I was on R279, and requested it to be changed to Top Up and was told to add R37 for BIS Usage. I have modem that's suppose to be R50 but I paid R800 for 2 months. I pay R1303 that I didnt sign down for, then now the 1G thing I have to buy airtime to use social network and I end up spending R500 extra. This is Daily. I signed down for R187 including bis, somebody sort this out, I was advised I will still Enjoy the Benefits of bis taking that Contract. So Cell C sort this mess out.
