Just thought that I have to share my amasing experience, because the level of service was outstanding!
On a Friday I logged a fault online using Telkom's website because my line was going all crazy on me. That same day I received a call from the technician in Meyerton, whom at that moment (5 o'? lock on a Friday) was standing right in front of my house to have look at the issue. Unfortunately I was not home and had to reschedule.
Sunday Telkom sent another technician to my house. Turn's out the fault was not with Telkom but with my new phone that might have been hit my lighting or a power surge.
But just to sweeten the deal, I received my bill at the end of the month and for those couple of days that my phone was not working, Telkom discounted me!!
Got to say I'm very impressed!! I'm one happy customer!
