Worse service in SA

Hi Guys,

8ta/Telkom mobile has got to be the worse service deliver company in SA, I was sent an airtime transfer via internet banking on the 28th of April 2013 for an amount of R150, 1st transaction for R100 & 2nd for R50. Once the transaction was completed and proof of payment was received showing funds had been deducted from the account, however I had only received R50 from airtime and the R100 hadn't reflected in my airtime balance.
I then contact the 8ta call centre and spoke to an agent by the name of Zama, she had advised me to please send her a proof of payment to her in the form of an sms notification and she would open a case for me, which would take 72 hrs to be resolved, the date of that call was the 29th of April 2013, on the 2nd of May I tried to contact Zama however she was not available, I then spoke to an agent by the name of Marvin and he himself had said it's really sad that my problem hasn't been resolved yet and he would sort it out for me. I then waited 2 days to be contacted by him and still nothing.
