Worst customer service coupled with and false accusations:

Dear Sir,

We wish to bring the following, gross form of putrid customer service, and false accusations, coupled with a cover up for an incompetent staff member, to your attention.

The incident happened 31st July 2012, when my husband and I went to the Vodashop in Parow, situated in the Parow Centre, Cape Town, to purchase an internet package which was advertised in the Vodacom monthly magazine as well as in the print media. The package which we were interested in, was the 2GB 2GB advertised for the excellent price, of R149.00.

The sales lady Nadima or Dema (still not sure what her real name is) assisted us with the completion of the documentation. We distinctly remember two questions she posed, during the process.
(1) "Do you want a top up package? "
(2) "Do you want an open line? "
We told her since we don`t work for Vodacom we don`t know these terminologies, she should please explain what it meant.
