it is with deep frustration as I write this, I need help on how to deal with the Stratcol and the companies they work with.
I keep on getting unAuthorised debit orders from my ABSA account, These companies debit using different references and they are all using 031 number. I phoned stratcol and they gave contact numbers for these companies SSDIRECT and REUNITE.
I never had agreement with them, I actualy dont even know the companies. but what I know is that they use different references: I phoned the Ssdirect (031 301 9299) and requested the email and they advise me to reverse it and that they will camncel me off their system. but this has been going on for years now that I cant even cancel my cheque account and open a new one because the bank declared me as HIGH RISK because of many revesals, I cant close that acc and open a new one. now this REUNITE (031 1013017) a guy by name of mike with extremly pad attitude just hang up on me when I asked him questions. he mentioned that I am only Boitumelo on their side when I asked him on which account he is going pay my money. This people they are a and they need to be investigated.
I want this people to stop this.
