False advertising–design to bait & upsell clients

Hi,

Far the past 2 weeks I've been trying to subscribe to a Vodacom small business contract which offers the following:
Vodafone B2000 LTE Router for R899 on a standard MyGig 20 24 month contract.
It is advertised as a full page add in the November addition of the Vodacom magazine (Page 41) as well as on the web site: [URL Removed]

I've been past through various online sales/call centre numbers with each department either wanting to up-sell me on to another more expensive package or passing me along to another department. (Numbers I've tied include: 0821930, 0821940, 0821950, 08217844, etc.) Any attempt to escalate and getting in touch with management is being blocked by the call centre agents (here are some of there names: Ntokozo, Trinah, Lebo, etc.).

I've also tried 3 Vodacom stores who could not help me further (Fourways, Midrand and Clearwater). The stores tell me that this router has been made redundant, which is hard to believe as its advertised in the November addition of the Vodacom magazine, the offer being valid till the 6 December. (I've been trying to sign up since the last week of October).
