I took out a cell phone contract with vodacom and it was advertised that internet will be free/ automatically included in my cell phone package/contract.
This information was confirmed by the sales person.
To my surprise!!! I am bieng billed seperately on a monthly basis by vodacom, for internet usage.
Why was I to??? and Is this how you lure people into taking out contracts???
I will be taking this further!!!
