Customer care should be there to assist a customer, by answering their telephones I sent an email to [Email Removed] so my lines could be activated after a while of no response I tried calling the call center to assist me with reactivating my service to my disgust I was kept on hold for 53min whilst listening to the most annoying tune and hearing about me getting my statement via email and how sorry they are for keeping me waiting my call was disconnected.
I have a strong mind to move to another provider as I have 4 contracts with Cell C and I would like to have good customer service.
