Customer care incompetent

I gave notice on one of my cell C lines months ago. 084 442 2444. I received an SMS that this line will become a prepaid on 1 September.
Late on 1 Sept, an amount was added on the phone of R 115. Why as this is now a pre-paid number and should not receive any amounts. It was previously a top up that receive a balance on the 15th of every month. Please explain.

Marcy answered the phone at customer care this morning. This person is rude. The people at Cell C should rather focus on customer care and do their work and not trying to confirm a customers' pedigree. If you have asked me so many questions, why trying to be smart about it and purposely trying to irritate the customers.

I want to know where I am with this contract!!!
1. Why was money added on 1 Sept as this is a prepaid.
2. From what date can I port this number as certainly, I will be leaving this pathetic company and network!
