Cell C should rename their Customer Care Centre to Don't Care Centre. At least then, we wouldn't expect much. Went through the trouble of upgrading last week Thursday, 14th March 2013. Got the new phone on Friday, 15th March 2013. Since then, I've been trying to get hold of their Activation Centre to activate the SIM card. Out of desperation, I contacted their Sales Centre. They tell me the SIM is activated yet the phone still says No Service. I've restarted the phone numerous times still nothing. The Sales Centre supposedly escalated the issue to the Don't Care Centre... still haven't heard anything. Try calling their Don't Care Centre, choosing option 2 or option 3, spend the next 10 - 30 minutes listening to some twit telling you "how important your call is". Don't even bother trying to email Cell C, SMS'ing or Faxing your issue because you are guaranteed to not get a response. Cell C - The Power is NOT in my hands.
