Inability to sort out account sent deposit slip

I am very disappointed with Nashua Mobile, i owed them money and settled the amount in April 2012. I was harassed for monnths about the payment and after sending it to the attorneys on numerous accations i could not resolve the issue. On 22 January 2013 i spoke to Musa Mbathafrom the legal creditors department who instructed the attorneys to close the file as he had pund the payment made in April 2012. On 25 April 2013 i received a call from different attorneys regarding the same payment and again i forwarded the mail to a [Email Removed] Today 15 May i received a very threatening call from yet another person. I am very concerned for all Nashua Mobile customers as the company does not know how to allocate and manage payments of their clients and i thing my only option now is to take the matter to the Ombudsman.
