I got my contract with Altech for more than 13 years (monthly avarege value of R860.00, excluding my overseas trips). As from the 27 of March my phone cought not receive and or make calls. All payments up to date. After phoning head office they send me to their branch in the Gallaria centre. They expleaned to me that they do experiance problems with cell c simcards and that they need to provide me with a new simcard, but they do not had any stock and I must come back after 4 days. I was then forced to buy a phone and a card to ensure I have communication. I then went back after 4 days but was informed that Head office did not send any new Sim cards. I then phoned head office from their shop, they informed me that they will send me a new card to my house within 3 days. I also requested that they must credit my account until I received my new card. The next day I received a sms that they have only credit me with an amount of just over R200.00. On the 8/05/2013 I again spoke to Styler, he asked me to be patiant as they have changed warehouse and distribution providers and he cannot tell me when I will receive my card. He agreed to credit me. 13/5 I was informed suspension of my ser.
