Good Day,

I cancelled both my lines with MTN on the 26th of August 2013. The retention department advised that my line will be ported to pre-paid on the 27th of September 2013. However, I received a statement for both my lines on the 21st of September 2013 for September, and also the "extras" like data and SMS's were loaded. I have been trying for over three weeks to contact customer services, and I have been placed on hold for anything between 15-29 minutes without the customer care number answering. I have also sent emails to request that I be contacted to resolve this matter, and I have had responses which are not in line with the complaint in the first place. The matter was escalated via email to the customer care department 4 days ago, under reference number 104706924, and again to date I have had no response.

I would appreciate it if I could please receive a call from ANY consultant that is able to assist me in respect of this matter.
