Empty promises/poor service/bad attitude

My girlfriend got a message that she can upgrade het account. We went to the autopage is Menlyn on Saturday morning and upgraded het account and was told that the S4 is available and so we took it. The consultant told us that we were the 2nd person to order the phone and they work on a first come first serve basis. Also we were told that they are getting stock that following Tuesday.

It is now 12 working days later and they keep giving us different excuses. No stock delivered, upgrades contracts are last in line etc. Today they said we can expect the phone is another two weeks.

This is ridiculous. Cant companies keep there promises and just tel the client how it is and stop lying.
