I have been struggling for five months now to get 2 SUCCESSFUL credit requests to reflect on my account. it didnt happen. i had to reverse debit orders AND stopped paying autopage until they sorted out my account. i can not believe this! they told me that I won't pay the amount i was overcharged, but low and behold the amount was still deducted from my account. this is so ridiculous. i keep getting empty promises left and right that my account is sorted out but its just empty promises. swak autopage SWAK. even my consultant does not know which way to go
