Still waiting for upgrade phone

On the 28 of March I decided to upgrade my cell phone contract at Autopage Bloemfontein Brandwag Centre. The sales person told me that they don't have the current device that I am looking for. But they will order it and I will receive it on Tuesday the 02/04/2013. I phone them on Tuesday 12:00 o'clock. Where they told me they will receive stock on the Wednesday between 11:00 and 12:00 and that they are very sorry but they will call me before 12:00 the next day.

I waited for there call but nothing happened.

So I phoned Wednesday 1 o'clock where they then told me that they still have not received any stock I must call them later that Wednesday afternoon. So decided to give them chance until today. But today they say that they can't tell me when my new phone will be here. "There is a stock problem and they have not received any stock from head office".

An Informed client is a happy client - I had to constantly phone them to find out what is happening. And they still can't give me a direct answer.
All I am asking is to give me an answer on when my new phone will be here for me to plan accordingly. I am sitting with a new contract that does not support my old device.
