My wife phoned the upgrades line on 11 July and arranged to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S4. The person in the call centre asked her which colour she wanted, and then confirmed that they do have stock.
She was told that she would receive the phone within 7 working days (which ends today).
When she called Vodacom on Friday to ask about the progress, they told her that they don't have stock, and they don't know when they will have.
I don't care what you do. You promised that the phone would be delivered by today, so MAKE A PLAN.
You can't just go around making promises and not delivering on them.
