Ordered 2 samsung pockets (1 white 1 black). After 3 weeks of waiting for a white one, gave me a black one because theres no stock.
When in Jan '13 I went for upgrade the lady who help me told my sim cards (I have 2 contracts) is still right.
After many problems, much time I struggled at enquiries, i was told that i must change my simcard (s).
Mar 31 I went to Autopage for a simswap (too old card)..
I asked Josephine if all my contacts on the phone will be moved. She confirmed that after 2-3 hours it will be on my phone.
What a disappointment. It was not there. I returned to Autopage Menlyn on Monday, April 1, 13. Staples was pressed trough the old cards i could not recover my contacts. The lady (The same who helped me when i upgraded) just pulled up her shoulders said sorry they cant help me
Firstly, why is there client service if no-one can help
Secondly, if i did not ask to move my contacts it would have been different, but I DID ASK
How will I recover these many years contacts?
Thirdly, every time it is TIME, PARKING MONEY and FUEL for errors Autopage make
Thus far, everytime i upgrade, there is only problems and everytime i hope next time will be better
