Don't Even Consider Virgin

I have been with Virgin for about 3years. In this time they've changed their prepaid plans more than 4times without any notifications. The call center service is poor. Their network coverage is poor. Not sure why I stayed with them for so long. Guess I don't like change. Each time you contact the call Centre, you get different information about the same question. I moved to Vodafone and I have better coverage and offers. I will never go back to Virgin. I cannot see why anyone will choose Virgin, when there is better service providers available
