Starting to regret contracting with Nashua Mobile

A month ago i logged a complaint here about my phone that was taking "a 100 years" to get fixed by Nashau Mobile, right after this i got my phone back within 3 days of the complaint, got a pleasant call from a lady at head office assuring me that they had attended to the problem. and apologized. All this was good and well as i was happy to recieve my device and my business life could flow nicely again. The same day i recieved my phone i realized it was in a worse condition then what i sent it to get repaired for. I sent it in for the letter R to be fixed. Now R, S & the space bar are not working properly and that thats not where it ends. My pictures i take with my camera dont get saved nor do my pictures from whatsapp & bbm. I sow R500 into ur account religiously every month with no surrender to have a phone that i cant use effectively for 2 months now. Now do not tell me to send it in for repairs again & fail to provide me with a loan blackberry because some of us do business with our smart phones and these inconviniences messes up a lot of things. Im sure it would be an issue with you if i didnt pay my dues for 2 months yet this bad service is done to me and i must live wit it??
