I have a contract with Nashua Mobile, my 5 month old blackberry heats up extremely bad, and takes the entire day to charge, i sent the phone for repairs, they wanted to charge me R1500 for physical damages to the phone (minor scratches to the phone) before repairing the phone for its fault.
I replied back stating i will not pay R1500, and they need to fix my phone for the fault itself. I received a call back stating they have fixed my phone for the fault but now i must pay R150 for the repairs, on pick up of the phone, i asked if the phone was working and all fixed and the lady at Kensignton advise that phone WAS NOT FIXED.
I have had enough of this mickey mouse company and I want to cancel this contract, they can take the phone back but I DO NOT WANT anything to do with Nashua Mobile ever again, they are the worst company ever and i am not the only person that has had a problem with the service they give to their customers..
