Now it appears that Nashua Mobile just calls in to follow up on the complaints made here on hellopeter just to clear their name to the shakeholders involved whereas after that they do not follow up on the problem. My situation still stands, its been 3 months now that after repairs from Nashau my device came back further damaged and i recieved 2 calls from head office, one from a black lady i dont know the name of and the other Bianca, they always say they hear me and will address the issue and NEVER do. I have had it, i want to cancel my contract or debit order with immediate effect because im not gaining my moneys worth here and these people are giving me the run around regarding to the worse state my phone came back in after repairs where as their paperwork claims they never touched it. Would strongly advice anyone NOT to make business with these people, no intergrity and customer loyalty at all, you pay and whether your device works or not, they couldnt be bothered! R500 is a lot of money to ignore over a broken phone. Nashua Mobile assist please!!!
