I recently upgraded my cellphone contract and my new phone now uses a micro sim. As a result I paid for a sim swop on Saturday the 11th of May. It is however now the 14th of May and I am still waiting for my sim swop to be processed. It's like mtn and their staff just does not care how this is inconveniencing their customers.
I have phoned the call centre several times now and even went back to the mtn store, but without any luck. This is the last time I will suffer like this, after my contract I will never ever do any business with mtn or their partners.
