I find it unbelievable that Telkom does not have the number of one of their vendors Dali Mantlana Inc and worst of all that they make use of a vendor that is not traceable on the yellow pages or that has a website in this day and age! This is totally unprofessional. How can Telkom expect to recover any monies if customers are unable to reach the debt collector. This said debt collector's debt collection process leave a lot to be desired as the only time one gets to know they are handed over is when a default has been made with the credit bereau and you start making enquiries with Telkom billing. Surely before things even got to the listing stage i should have been well aware that my account was handed over and what actions were being taken. This is such terrible service that has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
