A week ago i brought a neotel top-up voucher of R100. I tried to recharge but the airtime did not go through due system error a day later i tried again this time the recharge was successful but the airtime was not credited i called the customer care for enquiry i was told to wait for 6 hours 2 weeks later am still waiting that how neotel is
