Airtime not working

I bought Airtime at Mr Price woodmead to recharge my neotel phone but i kept getting a recharge error message on the IVR. Called the call centre to get assistance and i spoke to someone who told me to reboot my phone and i did. tried to recharge again but kept getting the same error message.

I switched the phone off for a full day and tried it the next day but kept getting the same error message.

I then called the call centre again and was told that they agents cannot recharge me that i will just have to keep trying. i then requested to speak to a manager and the agent dropped the call.

My Fiance then called them back since i had lost all hope and they asked her for the serial number. She gave the serial number and she was told that the voucher had expired and that was it.

The service being offered to customers big time.
