On 15 May 2013 I exchanged a phone I had bought a week earlier, keeping the same number, at Neotel's Menlyn store and my R200 airtime was supposed to be credited to the new phone. I have been back to the store, sent emails to Neotel, visited the Midrand store and have had many promises that the matter would be sorted out. I even got a call and email from a Mr Andrew Naidoo who promised to attend to the matter. Up to today, nothing has happened, all the dates I was given for the matter to be resolved have been missed. I do not know if it is Neotel's systems or strategy to make money from unused airtime as it is the second time I may be losing money spent on airtime, having called their call centre previously to complain after loading airtime and the R200 not being credited to my phone. I have three phones between my businesses and home and am fast losing interest in the Neotel brand due to their lack of service and unmet promises.
