I was having problems with recharging my prepaid phone for 2weeks and i run a business but apparently Neotel having been claiming to resolve this recharge issue since 2 weeks back and the agents always provide a false appeal as to try recharge after an hour. Honestly what type of a Service Provider does this without even informing the client of a problem they having. Guys would advise you not to waste you money on Neotel
