Cell C

I'll start by saying cell c has the most useless agents I have ever come across. Firstly in MAR13 I was advised my upgrade will be due 01MAY13 I need to call back, I then waited and 04MAY13 I called got through to a upgrades consultant where he assisted me with my upgrade or so I thought, he completed whatever it is he did, verified delivery address and told me it will take 5-7 business days. I called again 14MAY13 the agent then advised there's no record of any upgrade she will try and get to the bottom of it... lol I then called again the same evening then the agent told me my account has been cancelled and there's no record of who cancelled it. I then put the phone down in disgust, called again too speak to a different agent who told me my upgrade is only due in AUGUST13. So I'm very confused right now. I urge everybody stay away from cell c not that any of the other networks are any better, but this has not been my first case of bad customer service, makes me wonder about the intelligence of management. So tomorrow I'm going to phone again, can't wait to hear the next story the agent has for me. Robin
