Vodacom
Repairs not done

I booked in a blackberry curve on 21 December 2013 (Contact upgraded March 2013) only 8 month down the line for rebooting. I collected the phone on 9 January 2014 and that same evening the phone started rebooting again.

I had to take the phone back on 13 January for the original problem that has not been resolved I received the phone back 22 January and was told by Linda that it was a hardware problem and that the fault has now been repaired. Then guess what I found out that now all of a sudden the key pad is sticky and does not work correctly I went back and was told that the phone will have to go back to head office. This is unacceptable how on earth did the phone pass all the checks with a new fault? I contacted head office to discuss this matter and then found out that the original fault has not been repaired as there was no fault found??? Why did Linda tell me it has been repaired when in fact it has not been repaired? How do you return a phone to a customer with the existing fault not being repaired and a new fault?

This is unacceptable service. We do not upgrade any numbers to have a phone in a working condition for only 8 months?
