I must be the invisible woman because nothing i say or do is taken any notice of. My phone was on the 26th April, it was reported the next morning and i was advised to purchase a replacement sim, not rica-ed and to call back with the details which i did. I was told by the agent over the phone that it would take 4 - 24 hours before my sim wold be activated. I'm a teacher and am unavailable during the day and arrive home too late at night to contact anyone so emails are my temporary choice of communication. On the 3rd May i received an email from the above mentioned person responsible and told that there would be another 24 hour delay. Presto! Nothing! On May 9th i wrote to query what the stupendous delay was. No response. I have been without a sim card for OVER 2 WEEKS. Would someone kindly cancel my contract for services not rendered/queries ignored/customer service non existent/lack of communication/telephone line inoperable. I have lost business i would like to be compensated for and the worst part of this fiasco is that i CANNOT PHONE to complain.
