I am quite mad and would like to cancel my contract which is almost 3 months old. I can not make calls with my phone for the second time in one month, 5th since I opened this contract in January the 22nd 2013. On the 9th April 2013 my line connection was disconnected and was sent an sms stating that my number was not RICCAd. Which is obviously nonsense as I have been a virgin prepaid customer for more 6 years. I asked for the number to be ported to contract. That took more than 2 weeks, I experienced line disconnection for more than a week. I was given a new sim card, after a week I was again disconnected. I was told that my number was not ported right story and I was given a 3rd sim card. I was at virgin mobile on Saturday the 13th April 2013 and I was being assisted by Suzan Marutla. She looked up my details on the system and she said all was fine. She then contacted Technical services and spoke to Raymond Matjeng who informed us that nothing can be done and we should call back on Monday.
