I purchased a black berry Z10 in march through cell c direct (084145). The phone was sent without a proper sim card, after phoning several time and waiting for 2, 5 weeks I receive a sim card.
The phone never connected to the network again after phoning and being put on held for hours I never received any assistance and the phone never worked.
The phone was collected for repairs three weeks ago, no feedback to date and after several phone calls I decide to request a cancellation of contract.
Again its been two weeks, no feedback and if I phone I'm pout on hold for hours until the phone cuts.
I'm paying for a phone I don't have and for minutes I've never used
cell c, I will cancel my other contract with them, this is totally unacceptable
