More than 3 weeks to repair a phone

Good Day

i have a black berry on contract with cell c, my phone is broken and three weeks later its still in the process of been repaired

a refund on my monthly fees would be appreciated as this is unacceptable

i have complained on facebook and emailed customer services with no joy

i am regretting renewing my contract with cell c as they have poor customer consideration
